Anchor Home Health Group is an affiliate of the SAI Group of Companies. We provide a complete range of home health services that include skilled nursing, physical/ occupational and speech therapies, home health aides, and medical social work. We are among the few home health agencies nationwide that provide home tele-health services. The initial certification of the first home health agency in the group was in 1984.

Certifications/ AccreditationsAnchor Home Health Group is certified to provide home health services under the Medicare and Medicaid program, and is additionally credentialed through the Workers’ Compensation program, Veteran’s Administration, Area Offices on Aging, and several managed care organizations, health maintenance organizations, and private insurance companies. Anchor Home Health of Greater Cleveland is also accredited by the Accreditation Commission for Health Care.
